BASIC COACHING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

OBJECTIVE OF THE BASIC COACHING MODULE:

The aim is to introduce participants who want to receive coaching training to coaching, to learn the fundamental competencies of coaching, and to acquire important coaching skills. This module is designed to provide foundational knowledge and skills for those new to coaching. Participants will learn the basic principles of coaching, ethical rules, and effective communication techniques. They will also develop essential coaching skills such as powerful questioning, active listening, and providing feedback through practical applications. This module is designed as the first step in the coaching journey and provides participants with a solid foundation.
OUTCOMES OF THE BASIC COACHING MODULE:
A participant who completes the Basic Coaching Skills course will be knowledgeable about the ethical rules set by ICF for entering coaching and the ICF Core Coaching Competencies. They will have acquired the necessary basic knowledge and skills related to coaching.
